Thank you for visiting my website.  I have just celebrated 32 years as a Coldwell Banker Realtor in the great Sacramento Valley.  I moved to Sacramento in 1987 after graduating from UC Berkeley with a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.   I live in the Del Dayo area of Carmichael but have also lived in the Arden Area, Elk Grove and East Sacramento.  I have helped buyers and sellers realize their home dreams throughout the Sacramento Valley from El Dorado Hills to Davis, so I have a vast knowledge of the many communities and what each has to offer.

I have two daughters who have attended the local public and private schools and they have played on many sports teams such as swimming, soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball and rowing.  I would love to put my experience and local knowledge to work for you and your family.  I am an avid neighborhood walker (used to be a runner) and can be found on the American River Parkway with my black lab Necco most mornings.  As someone who grew up in the Bay Area, went to Cal, and then moved to Sacramento, I feel Sacramento has so much to offer its residents and is much more affordable.
